Finally, we perform a professional winter shutdown by de-pressurizing the mainlines and opening drain valves to protect your system from freezing.

Start-up
Mainline will be charged and meter inspected to make sure static pressure is achieved with no mainline leaks. All lateral zones will be turned on and overgrown turf removed to ensure proper head functionality and coverage. Laterals will also be inspected for leaks at this time, and controller programmed for a spring/early summer setting. Any repairs needed will be proposed and performed upon your approval.

It is essential to remove and clean filters and filling filters during each visit. Auto fills should be inspected. If there is no auto fill, water must be added to maintain adequate levels. Please note that pump repair, replacement, and leak detection are excluded from this service.

Quarterly Inspections are essential to ensure optimal performance of your lighting system. During these inspections, the lighting controller will be activated, and each fixture will be thoroughly examined. Any bulbs that need replacing will be swapped out at the cost of the bulbs, and timers will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that this service excludes the replacement of fixtures, troubleshooting beyond bulb replacement, and any improvements or upgrades.
