Service Providers & Legal Entity C and D Landscape Co.  is an independent legal entity. While we are a Weed Man USA franchisee, all contracts for landscaping, hardscaping, and non-lawn care services are between the customer and C and D Landscape Co. only. Weed Man USA (Turf Holdings Inc.) is not liable for services provided outside the scope of the Weed Man franchise agreement. WEMMS Portal Use When you use the "Customer Login" or "Pay My Bill" link, you are redirected to the Weed Man Management System (WEMMS). Use of that portal is subject to the corporate Weed Man Terms of Use found at weedmanfranchise.com/website-terms-of-use.

Estimates and Quotes

All online quotes are "estimates only" and are subject to on-site measurement and verification of property conditions. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual square footage or unforeseen site challenges.

Limitation of Liability

C and D Landscape Co. is not responsible for damages caused by underground utilities, pipes, or wires that were not clearly marked or disclosed by the property owner prior to service.
